Day 1 Arrive to Provence
Welcome to the South of France. Arrive in Provence and settle into your accommodations at your own pace. Take time to refresh after travel before gathering in the evening for a relaxed welcome dinner. This first night is all about meeting your fellow travelers, easing into the rhythm of the trip, and setting the tone for an unforgettable week ahead.
Day 2 Aix-en-Provence Food & Wine
Begin the day with a guided walking experience through Aix-en-Provence, exploring historic streets, local markets, and regional flavors with tastings along the way. After lunch, the afternoon unfolds in the Provençal countryside with a scenic wine experience, winding through vineyards and picturesque landscapes. The day concludes with a leisurely group dinner, celebrating the flavors of the region.
Day 3 Provençal Villages and some Leisure time
Enjoy a full-day exploration of the enchanting Luberon villages, traveling through some of Provence’s most picturesque hill towns and countryside. The day includes a leisurely lunch at a local restaurant, allowing you to savor the flavors of the region. The evening is yours to enjoy at your own pace, with curated restaurant recommendations provided for a relaxed and memorable dinner.
Day 4 Travel to the French Riviera
After breakfast, we journey from Provence to the French Riviera. Upon arrival, take time to settle in and refresh before heading out for an evening walking experience through a vibrant coastal city. Discover seaside promenades, historic quarters, and lively streets before enjoying a group dinner together.
Day 5 Riviera Icons & Coastal Towns
Spend the day discovering the highlights of the French Riviera on a full-day guided tour of Cannes, Antibes, and the charming hilltop village of Saint-Paul-de-Vence. This 7-hour experience offers a perfect blend of coastal glamour, historic streets, and Provençal charm, with lunch included along the way. In the evening, enjoy dinner at your leisure, with time to explore or dine at one of the many excellent local restaurants.
Day 6 Monaco, Hilltop Villages & Mediterranean Views
Set out for an unforgettable evening tour through Monaco, Monte Carlo, and the surrounding villages, where luxury, history, and dramatic coastal views come together. Enjoy time to explore at your own pace earlier in the day with lunch at leisure, before heading out for this beautifully curated experience. The evening concludes with a memorable included dinner, rounding out a sophisticated night on the French Riviera.
Day 7 Free Day & Farewell Celebration
Enjoy a full day at your own pace. Shop local boutiques, relax at a beach club, explore museums, or simply wander and take it all in. In the late afternoon, gather for a scenic coastal cruise, offering stunning views of the Riviera from the water. The evening ends with a farewell dinner, celebrating new friendships and incredible memories made.
Day 8 Departure Day
After breakfast, it’s time to say goodbye. Depart for home carrying unforgettable memories, beautiful photographs, and connections made along the way.

Travel days don’t always line up perfectly and that’s okay. If you choose to arrive before the official start of the trip or extend your stay after it ends, we’re happy to help guide you. Michelle can plan a travel itinerary that will leave you speechless and act as a host that will always ensure you’re having a memorable time! Her sense of humor, relaxed nature and the ability to pivot at any given moment leaves people with a sense of calmness. Having worked as an interior designer for the past 20 years, she is capable of strategically executing a project timeline, managing chaos, and enjoys finding beauty in everything she designs. A mom of 2 boys, who were raised to enjoy traveling as much as she does, they have a passport full of stamps to show it. She has traveled to multiple countries: Australia, Spain, France, Switzerland, Canada, all the Carribean islands and to 48 of the 50 US states. Her favorite quote is, “because at the end, all you will remember are the memories of travels and places you shared with family and friends.”

In Provence, we’ve chosen a luxury property offering refined comfort, beautiful surroundings, and an ideal location for exploring the region. Along the French Riviera, accommodations are centrally located in a highly rated boutique style hotel, perfectly positioned for walking, dining, and seaside exploring.
Each property has been carefully selected for comfort, atmosphere, and excellent guest reviews, providing a welcoming place to unwind after full days of discovery. This combination of 4–5 star accommodations ensures the perfect balance of style, convenience, and ease throughout the journey.
Getting to & From France
For this journey, we kindly ask that all travelers book flights arriving into Marseille, France and departing from Nice, France. This route allows for a seamless flow through Provence and the French Riviera, maximizing our time together and minimizing unnecessary backtracking.
If you would like assistance reviewing flight options or coordinating travel plans, we are happy to help.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and while we would love to offer free cancellation, due to the limited availability of spaces and the special group rates secured for this event, we are only able to offer a refund if we can fill your spot or if you can find a replacement to take your spot.
If you need to cancel, please notify us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to fill your space from our waitlist. Should we successfully find a replacement for your booking, a full refund will be issued. However, if we are unable to fill your spot, no refund will be provided.
