Touch down in Zurich and step straight into the warmth and glow of the city’s winter markets. Stroll through twinkling stalls, warm yourself with a mug of Glühwein, and soak up the festive spirit. We’ll come together this evening for a welcome dinner — the perfect start to your Swiss Christmas adventure.

Explore Zurich on a guided walking tour through historic old town streets lined with holiday lights and market stalls. Afterward, head to the world-famous Läderach Chocolate Factory where you’ll make your own custom chocolates — a delicious souvenir you’ll savor long after the trip.

Cross the border into France for a full day exploring the fabled Christmas markets of the Alsace region. Think half-timbered houses, cobblestone lanes, handcrafted ornaments, and markets that look like they popped straight out of a holiday card.

We’ll transfer privately from Zurich to Lucerne — stopping for lunch with a view on the way. Once in Lucerne, enjoy free time to explore the lakefront, holiday markets, and charming streets filled with festive cheer.

Today’s journey blends alpine personality and lakeside beauty. Visit the medieval village of Gruyère, explore Charlie Chaplin’s museum, and walk the grounds of Château de Chillon — one of Switzerland’s most iconic castles — before arriving in Montreux on the shores of Lake Geneva.

Today is designed for wow moments:

Option A: Gornergrat Mountain
Ride the historic cogwheel train to the summit for unparalleled alpine vistas, snowy peaks, and a day above the clouds.

Option B: Glacier 3000 Suspension Bridge
Depending on the group’s age and energy level, we may visit Glacier 3000 — where a thrilling suspension bridge connects two peaks high in the Bernese Alps. Talk about bucket-list views!

After a final scenic transfer, we’ll arrive in Geneva. If schedules allow, there may be time for a short city tour or last-minute market wander before transfers to the airport and heartfelt goodbyes.

Travel days don’t always line up perfectly and that’s okay. If you choose to arrive before the official start of the trip or extend your stay after it ends, we’re happy to help guide you. Early arrival and late departure nights are not included in the group package, but are available as an add on.
