Itinerary, 4 nights & 5 days

Day 1 Includes: Dinner, Accommodations

Upon arriving in Québec City, you’ll check into the iconic Château Frontenac, your luxurious base for the trip. We’ll have a welcome gathering and enjoy a mid day cocktail with a view of the river. Begin your adventure with a walk along the Dufferin Terrace, where panoramic views of the St. Lawrence River and the frozen winter landscape create a magical atmosphere. Next, explore Quartier Petit Champlain, a charming area illuminated with winter lights and filled with unique boutiques. Enjoy a 5 course tasting menu in a stunning restaurant.

Day 2 Includes: Breakfast, Dinner, Tour & Entries, Accommodations

Start your day with a private or small-group walking tour of the historic district. Explore the fortified city walls, Château Frontenac’s history, and landmarks like the Citadelle and Notre-Dame de Québec Basilica. We will venture out of the city to the country for a beautiful horse drawn sleigh ride through the snow covered forest. For dinner, treat yourself to fine dining at Le Saint-Amour, where an upscale menu blends Québec’s traditional flavors with modern culinary techniques, dinner will be a 7 course tasting menu.

Day 3 Includes: Breakfast, Dinner, Tours & Transportation, Accommodations

Morning shopping in town! Early afternoon we will head back out to the countryside to go dog sledding. It is the most incredible afternoon, you will fall in love with the dogs and all of their energy. Are you brave enough to take the plunge down the iconic ice luge at Québec City’s Toboggan Slide Au 1884, racing at thrilling speeds with breathtaking views of the Château Frontenac and the St. Lawrence River? We’ll see who is up for this thrill, you’ll laugh harder than you ever have! Dinner will be on the early side at an exclusive restaurant, where you need a secret code for entry. There is no menu, so we will leave it all up to the chefs, and it is so worth it. Splurge for the wine pairing, it is an experience well worth adding.

Day 4 Includes: Breakfast, Dinner, Tours & Transportation, Accommodations

We will head to Strøm Spa Nordique in the morning, situated along the shores of the St. Lawrence River. Fancy a massage, now is the time, if you did the add on, your massage will be booked in advance for you. Here, you can indulge in outdoor thermal baths and saunas while soaking in the peaceful winter scenery. Lunch will be at the spa and paired with a glass of wine should you choose. In the late afternoon, we will visit the incredible Hôtel de Glace. This architectural marvel is crafted entirely from ice and snow. Take a guided tour to explore its intricate ice sculptures and themed ice rooms. Enjoy a cocktail served in an ice glass at the Ice Bar. Have you ever dined in a restaurant entirely made of ice? Well tonight is the night!

Day 5 Includes: Breakfast

Getting to Quebec City, Canada

By Air: Jean Lesage International Airport (YQB): This is the main airport serving Québec City. It receives flights from major Canadian cities like Montreal, Toronto, and Vancouver, as well as some international destinations, particularly from the U.S. (e.g., New York, Chicago).

By Car : For most of the route, you’ll be driving on well-maintained interstate highways and major roads. You’ll likely take I-95 North, I-91 North, or I-87 North, depending on your chosen route. These highways are wide and offer services along the way, such as rest stops and gas stations.

Rural Roads in Vermont and Québec: Once you get closer to the border and into rural Québec, the roads can be more remote, but still well-paved and safe to drive on. Pay attention to the changing speed limits, especially when crossing into Canada.

Crossing the U.S.-Canada Border: You’ll pass through a border crossing at places like Highgate Springs, Vermont. Border crossings are typically smooth, but be prepared for potential delays, especially during holidays or peak travel times. Make sure to have your passport ready for customs.

If you need to cancel, please notify us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to fill your space from our waitlist. Should we successfully find a replacement for your booking, a full refund will be issued. However, if we are unable to fill your spot, no refund will be provided.
