Day 1: Welcome to Roatán – Your Island Adventure Begins!

Your journey to paradise begins upon arrival at Juan Manuel Gálvez International Airport (RTB) in Roatán, Honduras. From the moment you land, you’ll be greeted and provided with seamless ground transfers to your stunning island retreat.

Nestled along the crystal-clear Caribbean waters, your accommodations offer the perfect balance of relaxation and adventure. Settle into your tropical surroundings, unwind by the pool, or take a stroll along the pristine beaches.

In the evening, join us for a Welcome Gathering, where you’ll meet your fellow travelers and get a taste of island life. Enjoy a delicious dinner featuring local flavors as we toast to the start of an unforgettable Roatán getaway!

Included transfers will take you to Juan Manuel Gálvez International Airport (RTB) for your departure. If you have a later flight, take advantage of the morning to soak up the last moments of island life—relax on the beach, take a refreshing dip in the sea, or enjoy a final stroll along the shore before heading off in the afternoon.

Summer is the heart behind Out Making Memories, a lifelong adventurer who believes the world is the best classroom. With countless journeys under her belt, she’s traveled solo with her children across 15 countries (and counting!), proving that adventure knows no age limit. Her passion lies in crafting unforgettable, meaningful experiences that blend exploration, culture, and pure joy.

By her side is her husband Frank — the steady compass of the crew, always supporting from behind the scenes and joining in when he can to soak up the magic of travel with his family.

Their spirited sidekicks? Hayleigh, a bright and curious explorer who never turns down a chance for discovery, and Keith, a fearless little adventurer with a heart full of wonder. Together, the Romeos have a knack for finding magic wherever they go.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and while we would love to offer free cancellation, due to the limited availability of spaces and the special group rates secured for this event, we are only able to offer a refund if we can fill your spot or if you can find a replacement to take your spot.

If you need to cancel, please notify us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to fill your space from our waitlist. Should we successfully find a replacement for your booking, a full refund will be issued. However, if we are unable to fill your spot, no refund will be provided.
